The Dog Yard is 9 miles north of Whitefish, Montana. The facility itself consists of 2 - 1200 square foot exercise areas, and will have 8 Indoor "Night Kennels," and 8 Outdoor "Day Kennels." Each dog has its own 5'x5' day kennel, complete with shelter, fresh water and bed, in addition to its own 5'x5' night kennel with in-floor heat and A/C , bed and fresh water. Depending on weather, dogs can stay in their night kennels all day if temperatures require. In addition to training, each dog is in the excercise area at a minimum of 5 times per day. (Dogs that are owned by the same person can share kennels and get a better rate.) Canidae All Life Stages dog food is fed 2x daily - 1/3 portion in the morning and 2/3 portion in the afternoon. Owners may opt to provide their own food at the same rates.

Training occurs at the 5 acre facility, in addition to thousands of acres of surrounding public and private land. All appropriate licenses are carried in order to use public land, keep and maintain game birds, and use game birds for the purposes of training dogs.
